Western Softball lost all 3 games vs Eastern Illinois.

Western finishes the season with a 11-37 overall record and 7-20 in the OVC.

Western did not qualify for the conference tournament which will be played in Peoria starting on May 7.

I think it is pretty sad, embarassing, etc... that Omaha got to the NCAA Tournament before Western.

Omaha became eligible D1 in 2015-16 season, WIU became D1 in 1981-82 season.

Well, not too surprising consindering the long losing streak, but I believe we are out of the OVC tournament now.
