Re: vs Lindenwood

also no inside information, but I'm not getting away from my speculation that the MVC-Summit relationship is icy and Western found a home early to not be left out. Beyond that, the NCAA could be reshaped within five years and it seems clear that the MVC/Summit will have teams that fall on both side...

Re: At UMKC

didn't watch the game with the paywall being there, but disappointing loss   It definitely was. Hard to tell when you can't watch, but it sounds like we just couldn't hit anything, but kept fouling. Bummer.     The Summit has Summit League Network streamed by Midco Plus for all sports competition o...

Re: Summit League Tournament

South Dakota State has a record of 19-13.  Wonder why they are not in any post-season tournament ???   It is my guess that the staff and team do not believe that there is value to these games and SDSU would not be able to host any games due to remodeling in progress to Frost Arena which will open a...

Re: 10/1/22 - at South Dakota State

The Jackrabbits will likely pull some starters IF the game margin is large.  USD and NDSU are on the schedule after this game.  The defense for SDSU has been stingy overall.  This is the first afternoon game in Brookings.  The temps are expected to be in the mid 70's with low humidity and the early ...

Re: 2022-2023 Schedule

I have not looked at the new players much for JD.  Will he be able to get 7 OOC wins?  This should be the year the Leathernecks get back to top half of conference.  The new coaches in the conference for the past 2 years will need time to get traction.  St Thomas could rise some this year as well.

Re: Future Men's BBall Schedules

Men's full conference schedule is out: https://s3.amazonaws.com/thesummitleague.org/documents/2022/8/3/22_23_SL_MBB_Composite_Schedule.pdf And I updated the list on the first post of this thread: https://www.leathernecknation.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=15966#p15966 So, again it looks like this year'...

Re: News from Around the Summit League

Even UCLA was only averaging somewhere around 1,000 for their home games. Had a bit more than 2k for their game against Stanford, but 5k+ must have seemed absolutely insane for most teams heading to Brookings. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk   Seton Hall has a gym that holds around 1300 for the ...
