Re: UofI new AD
I see a lot of the anti-lovie folks claim he won't be able to recruit in the BIG. I'm sure he can find quality assistants that can recruit. Yea, he's got a few things going for him: 1. Name recognition...especially in Chicago area where he was the last Bears coach to get the team in the Super Bowl ...

Re: UofI new AD
Whoa....looks like it probably wasn't anything that Cubit did, but more that Illinois found themselves a better candidate. It will be interesting to see what that means for Jeff Heklinski who was just hired as an assistant coach...

Re: March 6th - Oral Roberts (SL Tournament)
Bags packed. Weather in Sioux Falls looking favorable. A little rabble-rousing going on between the Jacks and Bison (Bison wanted to show off those five Natty trophies at the Sioux Falls Scheels - Jacks cried foul - not going to happen - You know the Bison fans will retaliate somehow someway). I am...

The Big TP and CC3 are teammates once again
Terell Parks and Ceola Clark III have been reunited on the same team again after TP moved (transferred? traded?...not sure how European basketball works) from Anagennises Germasogeia of the Cyprus League to KK Tajfun Sentjur of the Slovenia-Telemach League. Telemach League is the highest level of ba...

Re: Sun Belt changes
I would think Liberty U would be a welcome addition to just about any conference. Their entertainment facilities for visiting teams and fans are second to none. Just saw that they have ISUb at home in 2017. http://www.liberty.edu/snowflex/ I also cannot believe how much attention they pay to their ...

Re: Updates to faculty layoff plan and other stuff
So get all the red tape out of the darn way so the President and Board can make changes necessary to save the Institution. That means deep and overdue faculty cuts and merging / closing of under-performing departments and majors. This is something that will likely be happening, but is a bit trickie...
