Re: @NIU, @Illinois, @Chicago State

Illini were more athletic but we were far better coached and played more team ball in this game.

Re: Football Attendance Crisis

Game days for football and basketball should be more than just drinking in the parking lot and maybe getting over to the stadium/hall to watch some student-athletes bang heads. They should be a day for campus organizations to advertise and showoff. I go to George Mason events quite a bit. They dont ...

Re: Scott Kornberg

The only negative I can come up with for Scott is that he struggles to get in a word edgewise when Dr. Tom Cody gets excited.

Re: Scott Kornberg

Whether football or basketball, I mute the audio on the video and turn up the radio feed. Radio is well ahead but I use it to my advantage. Once I know an exciting play is coming up, I increase focus on the video. I think Scott does a great job, always well-prepared with notes and stats and personal...

Re: Forum update

If you were a loser in the Lucky Loser contest, you now have a second chance to win. I left out a player who lost in a tiebreaker situation back in week 8. I will be adding him and spinning again later this evening, probably just after watching the Coach Fish Show.

Re: WIU at Weber State (11/25/17) - Playoffs Round 1

Matt Tanney may be at BWW tonite for the Coach Fish Show (7:30pm local time). I hope he talks about the bidding process a little bit. The NCAA looks for a lot of things both big and little to be in place (good lighting and TV angles, ADA compliance, etc.) for a hosting site. Would be interesting to ...

Re: vs Calvary University, at SIUE, at Iowa State, vs IUPUI

Oh yea, meant to add, event staff “guarded” the fancy seats for the entire game. I find that laughable for a “free” game against a team they beat by 80 points with maybe 400 people there. (I don’t believe the attendance in game recap.) My 2 $/100 is that all seating should be open until we start av...

At conclusion of game on Saturday, this will be the only "W" they can call their own.

BTW, we need a "W" for our high roller seating, if not in the current stadium, then certainly in the future one.

Re: vs Calvary University, at SIUE, at Iowa State, vs IUPUI

Attendance numbers feels like we're back in the D.T. era. Also, much like the Cheney University contest in football 8/9 years ago. Should these contests even be scheduled, it has to be demoralizing for the team getting the beat down of their life. Meanwhile, what do our guys really take away from i...
