Bring "The Pit" back!

Things were raucous back in the late 90s early 00s.

When we were tailgating in The Pit, the consensus at the time (in my circles) was that it was too crowded and small. We would have loved to tailgate in Q Lot.

I can assure you that they are not underestimating attendance numbers. They are estimated numbers, and up until a few years ago were entirely inflated. This is why many people have a false sense of accurate attendance figures at Hanson Field and Western Hall.

Chicago has a HUGE alumni base, and fans aren't showing up in droves to UIC or Chicago State games.

Yea, I don't understand it either. You'd think they'd want well-attended games at home. I'm sure it wouldn't be any worse than games against Missouri S&T or Little Rock.
