Men's Soccer beat UW-Green Bay today 1-0. Attendance = 205. Western is now 5-4-1 for the season.

The next game will be Tuesday, Oct. 4, vs UW-Milwaukee at John MacKenzie Alumni Field. The match will begin at 4 p.m., and fans can watch live on ESPN3.

There are two permanent sections for soccer (pictured) that were full yesterday for a Greek event and two portable sections that will be used in the North End of Hanson and Brophy Tennis courts.
The contractor has to repair the ruts they made while assembling and installing the sections.

Hey,that looks pretty good.

Thank you WIU1

One comment, I think it would be a good idea to pour a concrete pad for the footprint of the stands. If those stands are intended to be movable, that's fine don't anchor them down. However I think it is a good Idea for there to be a solid permanent base.

Redneck, seemed to me that you were not impressed with the bleachers in the North endzone! Am I correct in that observation?

I think it was more the lack of people in them. I responded mentioning that the photo was from about 30 minutes before kickoff and that during the game they were mostly filled.
