Western won Friday's game 7-2. Both teams are now 7-6 in the Summit League.
Weather: 72, cloudy. Game started 30 minutes late because of rain.
Attendance = 111.
Saturday's game will be at 1PM.

With rainy weather in the forecast for Saturday night and continuing into Sunday morning, Sunday's scheduled game was moved to Saturday as game 2 of a Saturday double-header.
Western won the first game 8-4. South Dakota State won the second game 13-5.
Weather: 80, sunny, windy.
Attendance = 139.
Western will have a home game on Tuesday, April 18, vs SIU-Edwardsville. This game will be on ESPN3. Game time is 4PM.

Congratulations to the Baseball team and Coach Brownlee on the series win!!! Brownlee has the rolling in conference play.

Summit League Baseball has reached the half-way mark. Each team will have 15 more league games (5 three-game series).
Western will have home series with Omaha and Oral Roberts. Western will have away series with IPFW, South Dakota State, and North Dakota State.
Current Summit League standings:
Oral Roberts 14-1
North Dakota State 9-6
Western Illinois 8-7
South Dakota State 8-7
Omaha 5-10
