The weather for Saturday's game was lower 40's with rain in the latter half of the game.

Attendance at Fort Wayne = 89.

Game three will be Sunday at 12 Noon.

Fort Wayne Sunday's game 6-1. Fort Wayne wins the series two games to one.

Attendance at Fort Wayne = 109.

Western will open an 8-game home stand on Wednesday vs Bradley. Game time is 4PM.

Bradley led Wednesday's game 14-0 in the 6th inning. Western then scored the final 7 runs of the game. Bradley wins the game 14-7.

Western out-hit Bradley 12 to 11.

Weather: Lower 30's, Partly Cloudy.

Attendance at Boyer Stadium = 74.

Western will start a three-game home series with Oral Roberts on Friday. Weather could be a factor this weekend as snow is in the forecast for both Friday and Sunday. The Annual Lee Calhoun Memorial Invitational track meet has already been cancelled due to the impending inclement weather.

Due to cold temperatures in the area, Friday's baseball game between Western Illinois and Oral Roberts has been canceled. The teams will now play a Saturday doubleheader beginning at 1 p.m. followed by a single game on Sunday.

Sunday's start time hasn't yet been determined.

Rough year for the spring sports in the North seems like it’s in the 50s one day then in the 30s the next day

Snowing a little off and on today too. Looks like they downgraded the snow this weekend to 1-3 inches though.

Game 1 is a wrap. WIU wins 8 to 2. The Oral Bobbers with 7 hits and 8 errors leading to 7 unearned runs. Necks with 8 hits and 1 error. Temps in the 30s. Warm fluffies the uniform of the day.

Game 2 was suspended due to darkness in the middle of the 8th inning. Oral Roberts is leading 4-1.

Play will resume Sunday morning at 11 a.m. Game 3 will follow.

Snow is in the forecast for later on Sunday. Could be in the 1-3 inch range.

Attedance for Saturday's games = 104.

Oral Roberts won the continuation of Game 2 today 5-4.

Then Western won Sunday's game 1-0. Western takes the series two game to one. This is Western's first series win over Oral Roberts.

Weather: 34, cloudy.

Attendance at Boyer Stadium = 103.

Next game will be at SIU-Edwardsville on Wednesday (April 11). Game time is 6:30 PM.
