In the five games we have played against the Dons, we are winless and have been outscored 34-10. The numbers are almost Cubs-Pirates like (5-1, 38-13). Sometimes in life you just don't match up well against your opponent doing what you do so you always need a plan B even if it is out of your comfort zone. When I go out in my new pedal kayak, I always bring the paddle along and practice a few minutes of paddling it because I know that sooner or later that pedal drive is going to break down on me. Not only that, paddling really engages the core muscles and that is something I have been working on lately.
Embrace the pace of the race.
