In a recent interview, Jeter said 4 scholarship players coming back. Assuming King, Jones, Allen, and Brantley, unless anyone is hearing differently.

Add in original signee Elijah Jones and the 7 new additions puts us at 12, so 1 left.

Brantley is still showing WIU on his twitter page and he retweeted the story about Jeter being hired, so I would say as of right now Brantley is coming back.

The athletics department tweeted out an incorrect graphic yesterday with his info on it. It said Monmouth College, but also Burlington, IA. My guess is that they meant to put his hometown (which is actually Bettendorf, IA) and just got mixed up.

Hearing Tamell Pearson will be transferring in and he’s following several people around the program. He played at Morgan park for coach Irvin he will be coming from UAB with 2 years of eligibility.

Started about 20 games for UAB last year averaging 18 minutes per. Not a prolific scorer or rebounder from what I could see in stats. Hopefully we can make his 6'10 frame a bit more productive. I assume sitting out this coming year but UAB brought in a new coach so maybe he could get a waiver from UAB and play this year.
