The Atlanta Falcons are shaking up their Defensive staff after their Super Bowl collapse.

The Falcons announced yesterday that Coach Dan Quinn has dismissed Defense Coordinator Richard Smith and Defensive Line Coach Bryan Cox.

I think that Bryan Cox had been with the Falcons for 3 years.

Wow pretty dumb move if you ask me. The defensive line had Brady on the ground where you need to put him to beat him. Maybe not throwing the ball in field goal range when need to run clock down is the reason they lost? Shanahan already gone so they have to blame someone I guess.

With Mularkey getting fired in Tennessee, his coaching staff was let go also, but Frisman landed on his feet getting a receivers job with Baylor.

A couple of successful years at Baylor, and now Frisman Jackson is headed back to the NFL ranks. He'll be joining former Baylor HC Matt Rhule at the Carolina Panthers.

Nick Kaltmeyer has signed with the Dolphins. Rashad Medaris only redshirted here, but signed with Arizona.
