Other FCS games of interest
Some of this is copied from the AGS Game of the Week candidates (including why you might care)...most of these will have some impact on playoff possibilities. Ranking numbers are based on the AGS poll.
11:00 AM - #21 Southeast Missouri State @ Murray State, ESPN3 - A chance for the Redhawks to put a stranglehold on the Ohio Valley title and auto-bid. Also a barometer for comparison with Jacksonville State.
11:00 AM - #3 Kennesaw State @ ORV Monmouth, ESPN3 - This is essentially for the Big South title.
11:00 AM - #15 Towson @ #7 Elon - Contender (perhaps an understatement) or pretender (perhaps an overstatement). Both can still win the CAA (with a little help).
12:00 PM - #8 Delaware @ #11 Stony Brook - Another CAA game with conference title (and seeding) implications.
1:00 PM - ORV Rhode Island @ #10 James Madison - The Rams need for this for 7 DI wins. The Dukes need this for pride, 7 DI wins before facing Towson, and for the chance at not playing on Thanksgiving weekend.
2:00 PM - Northern Colorado @ ORV Montana State - one of our non-conference opponents
3:05 PM - #2 UC-Davis @ #5 Eastern Washington - This is the opportunity the Aggies have been waiting for. Win would almost certainly solidify a Big Sky title AND give the Aggies a great shot at the #2 seed. The Eagles are looking to prove that this year, their defense (and the development of offensive chemistry) will give them a chance against anyone come playoff time...of course a high seed would help as well.
5:30 PM - Montana @ Idaho - one of our non-conference opponents
