Too bad for UNI. They battled the #21 Iowa State like gladiators. Pretty sure they will steam roll the 'Necks.

USD loses to the Griz. I couldn't be more pleased. I want USD to lose every game every season. Otherwise I ALWAYS root for the MVFC in the OOC.

On a side note it looks like USD's Stadium improvements are coming along nicely should raise the capacity 3-4k. Bob couldn't get Western to commit to any improvements.

That might be about full capacity right now with the construction going on. Looked like the stands on one side of the dome were still under construction.

The 40-year old Dakota Dome is undergoing a $24 million renovation, which isn't scheduled to be completed until 2020. But football must go on. So the Coyotes are making use of the space they do have in the 40-year-old building.

Only the east stands will be occupied, with the west-side renovations still under construction. The Dakota Dome capacity for the 2019 season with be 5,500, down from the listed capacity of 10,000. The student section dips from 1,800 on the west end to 750 spots on the east end this season.

When the project on the west end is completed, there will be more than 9,000 seats in the Dakota Dome.

Time for a rule change. NIU calls timeout near end of half for FG attempt. ISU calls 3 consecutive timeouts to ice the kicker. Just think how many people wanted to head to the head to take a leak while that was going on.
