Osher Lifelong Learning

Miscellaneous discussions. Things that don't have anything to do with Western, Leatherneck Athletics, college sports in general, etc.

Visited my college roommate out in Denver a couple months back and he has been taking some OLLI courses at UofDenver. Surprised we dont have one of these up the in the Quad Cities. Might work in Macomb as well. Bradley does have something going as does UofI. If you can get 500 fee-paying "old farts" interested, you qualify for a $1M endowment from the the Osher Foundation. I think I might check out the one they have going at George Mason. There are no tests to take - simply learning for the fun of learning and a bit of socializing. What is not to like?
