The new freshman class makes the traditional "WIU" this morning at Hanson Field. Glad to see that the rain did not stop this annual event.

"Feeling ancient" time...this year's freshmen...if my math is correct, were mostly born in 1998. So, they were just being born around the time of Stecker's senior season, Hecklinski had just graduated and handed to QB reigns over to Mark Zanders, and James Milton was leading the team in tackles en route to winning the Buck Buchanan award.
