I don't know if it's a new position, or if the previous person in the job is gone. Looks like they oversee the strength and conditioning programs for all of the sports.

The current fellow is leaving for one of the service academies.

That is a lot on your plate to put some muscle on about 400 student athletes. Only 2 grads at the moment working for him. Service academies do take that stuff very seriously, not just for the athletes, but for all students. Best wishes to Drew Kramer on his new endeavor.
