Here's an image cropped from the full report showing all WIU team's 4-yr APR average, with all teams above the 930 minimum. Of local interest SEMO's Men's Basketball is banned from post-season play for the 2017-18 season, as is UIC's Men's Cross Country.

Establishing and maintaining a good APR are the type of important things that fans do not pay attention to or find significant. A low APR can ban teams from post season play, and WIU was very close to being in the same situation with players being released or leaving the program year after year.
