I have yet to see any press releases on Spring 2016 enrollment, but did discover the information available online from Institutional Research and Planning http://www.wiu.edu/IRP/enrollments/headcounts.php.

Compared to Spring 2015, Fall 2016 numbers are:
Macomb total enrollment down 7.57% from 8,451 to 7,811.
Quad Cities enrollment down 11.44% from 1,101 to 975.
Macomb Extension (basically online) enrollment up 19.50% from 795 to 950.
Quad Cities Extension (basically online) enrollment up 10.03% from 329 to 362.
Total WIU enrollment down 5.41% from 10,676 to 10,098.

As a note, Spring enrollment is typically lower than Fall due to graduation and non-returners, so these comparisons are just Spring to Spring, however in Fall 2015, we had 8,694 students on campus in Macomb, which what 5.70% less than Fall 2014 and 11,094 total WIU students, which was 3.18% less.
