The radio signal is really bad tonight. You can hear it for a few seconds. Then there will be a period of silence.

Not good for the network radio stations and all of the advertisers.

Nice road win tonight. Blazek really did a bang up job with this offensive line. I hope fisher can keep the talent rolling in the trenches.

We had a really nice alumni tailgate before game. NAU had a sizable freshmen student stampede onto the field before game. Took about 15 minutes to get them all seated for kickoff. By halftime, 90% of them were on to bigger and better things. They have a pretty good dome facility but there is nothing worse for a home team in a dome than a dead crowd and our defense kept what little crowd they had after halftime completely out of the game. Our defense is lightyears ahead of where we were last year. I think our offense is not clicking on all cylinders yet with some trouble sustaining drives.
Embrace the pace of the race.

It is understandable with the offense, basically new WR's and no McShane at running back doesn't help.

So how good are we? And what do you think of USD? Didn't the defensive coordinator from last year head to Bowling Green to be defensive coordinator there. ;) jc

no he went to ball state they have really good WR's and a very good QB but there lines and there RB's aren't that impressive that should be a really good game but reading there board you would have thought that the won the national championship beating a bottom tier Mac school doesn't guarantee anything.

The Defensive Coordinator at Bowling Green is Perry Eliano. This is his 2nd year at Bowling Green. Prior to that, he was at UT-San Antonio:

You might be kinda mixing up Ellison (last year) with Brian Ward (2012-2014) who went to Bowling Green for a very successful year, and is now at Syracuse: http://cuse.com/staff.aspx?staff=541
