McShane with a Leap of Faith from the about the 5 yard line for the big TD.

Does our broadcasting department know we can hear someone calling out camera angles? I know they're learning but damn its annoying.

Now for the playoffs!!!!!

Side note #10 looks like he may be our next stud WR but he needs to learn or understand to stop talking. During the victory formation there is no reason for that and the possibilty for a flag or ejection when playoffs are next week!

Will we get a live feed for the Selection Show from the Union? These boys earned it.

Western wins the game 28-14.

With the wind out of the north, only one TD did not come in the south endzone.

Attendance at Hanson Field = 2,812.

On the WRMS Radio Post-Game Show, Scott Kornberg blasted the NCAA for being "Greedy" for basing who gets a home game in the playoffs on the school that has the most money instead of who has a better record.

It was funny reading other boards and how dirty they said SIU was and I didn't believe it until this game I really wish we hadn't given up those 2 late TD's the committee may look at the score and think the game was closer than it actually was.

Finally home from the game and warmed up enough to type. :D
Was glad the rain stopped before the game started, the cold wasn't so bad, but sideways rain would have been miserable.
I was hoping we'd keep our shutout streak going as well, but I don't remember the last time we didn't allow a point for 9 consecutive quarters. I was wondering for awhile if SIU would get a first down in this game, don't think they had 1 at halftime.
The scoring drive into the wind was great, you could tell from the stands that SIU's D was done at that point, couldn't tackle anymore, and the runs got more successful.
Was also impressed with McGuire's ability to throw in the wind.

So Obviously congrats to a just phenomenal Leatherneck squad.

Side note, for a school that prides itself on sports communication, yikes, I guess I know what angle they are going to display. Weird.
