Haven't seen a tweet from him directly, but JUCO Kicker Paxton Winders (Bakersfield College) has apparently committed to Western.
HS Class of 2018, played 2019 for Bakersfield (CA), should have 3 years of eligibility and be able to play right away, I think.

I believe he's in a similar situation as Tyler Harris, was at Navy for a year, didn't play, is transferring with 4 years of eligibility and should be able to start right away:

Paxton Winders is no longer on the roster.

RB Theo Anderson who was supposed to be a grad transfer after spending his first 4 years at Buffalo (redshirted freshman year) is also no longer on the roster.
