I have also gone through and updated my MVFC schedule matrix based on who is scheduled to play against whom: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... ingle=true

We do not play South Dakota State next season and in 2019. The fields in yellow are assumed given what else we know about other team's schedules.

Looks like it, yea.

We are not playing SDSU next year and YSU rotates in, so we'll play them again starting next year.
My guess is that the YSU game is here in Macomb, replacing what would have been the SDSU game back up in Brookings, so we had to swap out a different home game for an away game. I don't know if this is the reasoning for it, but ILSU is a low-cost travel game for us (no flight, drive home right after the game), so it's better that they switched out that one for another away as opposed to, for example, having to play at the Fargodome again next year.

I bet Western goes with another Big Sky game for non-conference next year. Look at the scheduling lately between MVFC and BSC.

Well, we are playing Montana on September 15th, so there's that. Otherwise, we already have the game at U of I scheduled and most likely the season home opener against Tennessee Tech. If that is the case, we'd actually have 6 home games next season, which will be nice.

Maybe Tennesse Tech isn't this year? I'm guessing a road OOC game.

Saw on AGS that we are playing both Montana and Montana State next year. Hopefully one of those are at home.

We will be playing Montana at home in 2018 on Sept 15.

Montana State is saying that we will be playing out there on August 30, 2018.

Montana will have home games with Northern Iowa on Sept 1 and with Drake on Sept 8. Then they will be in Macomb on Sept 15.
