Other teams come into Western Hall and play relaxed, get in a groove and make it look like a walk in the park. We had some moments of brilliance in this one but they were too few and far between. Seemed to get better when we put in the full court pressure late in game. Maybe that is the secret. We need to play 40 minutes of Shaka Smart "Havoc" ball.

Omaha won the game 80-71.
Kobe Webster led the Western scoring with 22 points. Ben Pyle and Isaac Johnson each had 11. Brandon Gilbeck had 10.
Attendance at Western Hall = 426. That is a very small crowd for a conference game.
Next game will be at Western Hall on Saturday (Jan 19) vs Purdue Fort Wayne. It will be the second game of a Women's & Men's double-header with Purdue Fort Wayne. Women play first at 4:30 PM. Men's game will follow.

I’ll take the same stand as I did with DT. I’ll start going to games once a change is made with the head coaching position.
