WOW, What an exciting ending! Western wins 84-82.

Morgan Blumer led the Western scoring with 22 points. Emily Clemens had 21. Olivia Braun had 15. Taylor Higginbotham had 10.

Emily Clemens had a Triple-Double: 21 points. 11 rebounds. 11 assists. She played all 40 minutes.

Western was 14 for 41 on three-point attempts. Only 12 for 17 on free throw attempts.

Seal Hall will have to find some ice cream to soothe his throat. The radio crew of Danny Frey and Tori Niemann said that the Western crowd was very LOUD.

Right now it is Jack and Coke time, 712. The WIU got loud late for sure. I even had my whitle going a couple times today. Have not used it in a long time.

Damn, I spell as bad as potus tweets. "Whistle"

Just proving she's Player of the Year. Love watching her play, she shows what basketball is all about.

Wow! I mean "wow!" Neither team deserved to loose this game. I think a day off helped our cause at the end despite our off day shooting. The ladies really dug in and wrangled a win for a trip to the finals. In this case it doesn't matter how you win, but if you win. There are no style points given out.

Had an interesting afternoon following the game. Staying at a resort at the moment with "iffffy" wifi! Had my iPad dialed into video telecast along with the stats page from the Summit League. I constantly lost wifi access throughout and was forced to go to ESPN on my phone. I lived the final moments of the game in total sports darkness and rebooted everything in time to hear JD's post game interview. Thank goodness the game is on ESPN2 tomorrow! Once again, Wow!!!!! ;) jc

The Men's championship game will be on ESPN2 at 8PM.

But the Women's championship game will be on ESPNU at 1PM.

Ugh. Don't have ESPNU - can watch ESPN3 online at work, that's it. Guess I'll be listening tomorrow. I've gotten used to being able to watch these, so listening is gonna be a poor substitute. Such is life.

The Women's game will also be available via ESPN3 for those who don't get ESPNU on their tv line-up.
