Jackrabbits add a tough win,76-63, over NAIA Dakota Wesleyan last night. That was the fill game for IUPUI. Freshman starter, 6'2" F Selland, was on the bench sporting a boot. She would helpful penetrating the Leatherneck zone, but it is unlikely she will be on the court Saturday. That will more than offset your loss of Hanneman who your women are learning to play without by now. I understand if you intend to use the Jackrabbit video network that you might register earlier in the day to avoid delays for broadcasting at game time. Hopefully the home court will help the Jackrabbits in this showdown since the weather will be unseasonably mild for the day of the game. Safe travels for those who come to Frost Arena.

South Dakota woman would fare well in any of the 5 Power conferences. They are a load to handle. The Leathernecks have had their most competitive teams in last year and this year. South Dakota looks like they are going to run away with the conference.
Something just isn't clicking completely with our Ladies since that epic win at Stanford IMO.

Breaking in a new starter and going a little deeper into the bench will do it to you every time.RedNeck wrote: ↑Wed Jan 17, 2018 2:38 pm South Dakota woman would fare well in any of the 5 Power conferences. Embrace the pace of the race.
Western beat Fort Wayne 91-44.
For the second time this season, Western finished with 6 in double figures: Emily Clemens led the Western scoring with 14 points. Taylor Higginbotham had 12. Michelle Farrow, Morgan Blumer, and Sam Pryor each had 11. Olivia Kaufmann had 10.
Western was 12 for 27 (44%) on three-point attempts.
Attendance at Western Hall = 651.
It was Military Appreciation Night.

A good game last night. The ladies did not have to work too hard. Bench got lots of minutes. They all should be fresh for Frost. Win, lose, or draw there and it will be a good experience to help prepare for conference tournament.
Embrace the pace of the race.

Anyone watching the Jackrabbit broadcast. They use the audio from radio broadcast for the audio of the video stream. This is the best way to watch basketball, the extra detail adds so much IMO.
