With 5 games left in the regular season, the women are currently:
17-7 overall
15-7 against DI teams
7-3 in the Summit League

Kinda a slow week, with just one game on Wednesday and the weekend off before an early week home game against Eureka College next week.

Omaha is 10-11 overall with a 1-7 conference record currently. Their last matchup with Western was on January 13th in Omaha, where Western won 90-51: http://goleathernecks.com/news/2018/1/1 ... ath=wbball

Also, Emily Clemens was named the Summit League Player of the Week again for last week: http://goleathernecks.com/news/2018/2/5 ... honor.aspx
And as of last Saturday's double-double (near triple-double) performance, she has become the all-time Summit League record holder for career assists (633) and free throws made (516) and the school record holder for career points (currently 1,558) passing previous record holder Zane Teilane.

Ellie Brecht who is a 10+ point scorer and 4.4 rebounds per game did not play against the Jackrabbits last Saturday. She remained in the sweats and did not participate in warm ups. The Mavs will need her size and experience to keep close to the Leathernecks.
