When Miller and Guebert are both scoring, SDSU is hard to stop.

Duffy getting ankle injury early in game was a turning point. Yotes were never the same after that. As good as the Jacks offense is, I think there defense is even better. AJ really goes for the choke hold (press) when he has an opponent down.

Top 2 teams made the NCAA.
  • South Dakota State Jackrabbits (26-6) earned The Summit League's automatic bid and is the No. 6 seed facing No. 11 Quinnipiac on Saturday, March 23 at 10 a.m CT at Syracuse University. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2.
  • University of South Dakota Coyotes (28-5) earned an at-large berth and are the No. 8 seed facing No. 9 Clemson on Friday, March 22 at 6 p.m. CT at Mississippi State. The game will be broadcast on ESPN2.
Both are the higher seed so the Summit League should get at least 1 into the 2nd round of 32.

3rd place will get the NIT invite. Should be Oral Roberts. Should be announced on Tuesday.

The Summit League has announced that Denver gets the WNIT bid:

Joining South Dakota State and South Dakota in the post-season will be the University of Denver (17-13) who earned an automatic bid into the Women's National Invitational Tournament. Denver earned The Summit League's automatic bid based on their third-place finish in the league standings and being the No. 3 seed in The Summit League Championship. This is just the second time in program history that Denver has earned a bid into the WNIT. Denver will travel to Albuquerque, N.M. to take on the University of New Mexico Lobos. The game is scheduled for Thursday, March 21. Game time for the Pioneers and Lobos will be announced by WNIT officials on Thursday night.

Yeah, they were the 3rd seed based on the regular season, but Oral Roberts is the better team as shown at the tourney with #3 Denver lost to #6 University of North Dakota.
