The Women's BB starts the season on Saturday Nov 15 at Missouri. Game time is 2PM.

The Athletics webpage says that this game will be televised on the SEC Network+ (Available on WatchESPN or the WatchESPN app).

The radio broadcast will be on Virginia radio station WVIL (101.3 FM). Apparently there is no local Macomb radio station carrying the games this year.

You will need a lot of luck to pick up WVIL's signal in Macomb. Virginia is 52 miles southeast of Macomb. Here is their broadcast coverage area:

Is the radio network map only for men's games?

The Athletics web site says that the Men's Friday night game with Pacific will be on Flagship Radio Station 94.3 FM WRMS and these Affiliates: 102.7 FM WJEQ | 106.7 FM WPWQ | 107.5 FM KWBZ.

It would be nice if WIUS (88.3 FM) would simulcast the broadcast of the women's game from WVIL.

I find it hard to believe the women won't get comparable radio coverage. Promoting both men's and women's sports in a comparable mandate would seen to be a Title IX requirement, as well as the right thing do to.

I always picked up radio coverage for the men and women games for the Leathernecks through the WIU Athletic site. It indicates that it is available over 101.3 WVIL and lbsportsproductions.com.

Looks like I get to see this one on WatchESPN thanks to my Comcast sports package upgrade.

Also think I will sign up for Jackrabbit All-access for 4 months so I can watch the snow lightly fall in Brookings and some BB later this year.

For breaks in action, I have the Bison and Bears on CBS Sports site so I am good to go this PM.

Go get'em Leathernecks! I am not juggling all of these windows on my computer for nothing.
Embrace the pace of the race.
