Sunday Games. Actually, it's very common in the big leagues. Remember going to a game at University of Iowa for one of their Sunday games and had a big crowd. They often play Friday/Sunday http://www.hawkeyesports.com/sports/w-b ... sched.html

So it's not odd, just new this year rather than the Thu/Sat of Men;s and Sat/Mon of WIU Women's games of the past. I do wish we'd go back the teams away and home at the same time, with a double header at least for the weekend game. At least more of that this year than last, but still not enough.

I would like to see the Summit return to Saturday double-headers with both the Men's and Women's teams playing the same opponent.

I am hopeful if we get another team in the conference and the travel partner concept returns, the ability to have more doubleheaders would return.

The Summit really needs to get UMKC to return.

EIU would be a much better get than UMKC. We need not only a good travel partner but also a good rival school. The rivalries are a huge advantage for the Dakota schools.
Embrace the pace of the race.
