The Western Pep Band plays "HEY - Go WESTERN!" at the Summit League Tournament in Sioux Falls.

Although it's a bit hard to hear the band since it's actually the drummer doing the video, so it's very "percussion-heavy".

Nicole Seekamp from USD has been allowed a fourth year playing in Vermillion for 2015-16. Ashley Luke and Seekamp will be the preseason MVP candidates for WBB next year. It should be another year of improvement for the Summit WBB.

So get her year back, she only has to sit out 2 games. Doesn't make sense but that is the NCAA for ya

I think Australia and New Zealand may be the the best "under the radar" recruiting hot-spots in the world. I always enjoy watching their men softball players coming up here and competing in the various tournaments around the US. Most of them have the luxury of playing ball year round because our winter is their summer. IMO, the Aussies seem just a tad more dedicated to their sport than the Yanks. Nicole Seekamp is not the only one making that long journey northeast to play ball. The Bison have a couple and we are fortunate to have a pretty good one in our Men's program at the moment:
