Impending weather has caused a change in the series schedule with North Dakota State. Friday's game has been cancelled. Single game on Saturday at 1PM. Double-header now on Sunday: starting time TBD.

They have played 3 games during the entire spring break week, all in Indiana. How do you recruit when everyone else is going to Florida, Hawaii, Arizona, etc.? I know budgets are tight, but didn't they just raise $25,000 at the kick-off dinner? ISU played in Seattle and now is in Hawaii, Bradley in Florida, EIU went to Mississippi, SIU has been to Alabama and Florida. North Dakota State has been to Texas, Colorado, Florida, and Arizona.

0-12. They have one home run and 27 RBI in 402 at bats. Been outscored 78-30. Team ERA is 5.91. It's the same crap every year.

There's plenty of talent in Western and Central Illinois but nearly half of our roster is from out of state. I highly doubt Brownlee see all of these kids in person. Not sure what the answer is but I know the current situation is not it.

I would be surprised if incoming recruits have so much of an inkling of what the next year's schedule might be. I am not pressing the panic button yet. Early season out of conference games dont mean much. Chance to play a lot of people and see what you got. The real baseball season starts now.

When it comes to games with balls, the Bison prefer prolate spheroids.
