With another Snow storm expected to hit Macomb Friday night into Saturday WIU will open dorms early as students can move in after 3 tomorrow

I just went out and we only got about 10 inches here in Macomb.

I measured a solid foot a couple of hours ago at my place (northwest of campus). Our road didn't even get plowed until mid-afternoon.

WGEM is reporting 12 inches of snow for Macomb.

Here are a couple photos the one is of our parking lot as the snow crew was here yesterday morning. The second photo is right outside our Breeze way door with our biggest drift and it’s snowing again.

The top snowfall in the Peoria Journal Star area appears to be 16 inches, reported Sunday about three miles west of Macomb.

Other totals of note were 14 inches in Carthage, 12.8 inches in Bushnell, 12½ inches in Mason City, 12 inches in Havana and in Manito, 11 inches in Canton, 10.8 inches in Farmington, 8 inches in Kewanee, 6.8 inches in Galesburg, 6½ inches in Granville and 6 inches in Princeton.
