Thursday night showdown 'tween the 'Necks and 'Neers.
Win this one and you can relax and enjoy the remainder of the road trip.
Lose it and you leave your tournament destiny in the hands of others.
Some interesting timing in play here. Denver and Omaha square off a
couple hours earlier on Saturday before we do against the Jacks. If that
game is substantive to the conversation, we will likely know our fate before
the opening tip against the Jacks.

I will take the 'Necks by 9. We want it more than they do.
Embrace the pace of the race.

Brandon forced to come out and guard the perimeter. Ouch. That never works. Sat out most of the half with 2 fouls.

Pretty ragged performance. They are bad and we are worse tonight. 34-20 at the half.

For the most part we are getting good shots, but my goodness. Dies anyone have more than 5 points? Does the rim or basket sound tight. I have heard a "boing" sound numerous times tonight, and I don't usually hear that when shots are missed.

Pioneers wanted this one more than we did and win going away 74-46.
We were down only 4 (30-34) early in the 2nd half before getting caught up in the avalanche.
Go Mavericks.
