Two scenarios come into play today. One, Omaha beats Denver and this game is essentially meaningless
and two, Denver wins forcing us into a must win situation.

I think a smart coach brings two game plans from hotel to locker room. If we are locked into tournament, then
dont show them your best stuff, give the bench a little extra playing time in front of that hostile crowd, etc.

If we are foced to win, give them several different looks on defense including some INTENSE half court trapping
pressure every now and then. You have to force these guys into a few extra turnovers and not give them
easy looks at the bucket. Last but not least, we have to knock down our shots.

Maybe its just me, but getting to tournament the easy way is not what I want to see today. I would rather
see us earn it the hard way with a tough gritty performance and walk into the Denny next week with a little
extra swagger.

The Western Courier piece had starting time at 7. It is a tentative 4:15 tip for the men. I notice 712 has it correct.

i would not put my big on Daum. All it does is open the paint for their quick guards.

Gilbeck gets 2nd foul with 8 minutes left. He was chasing down a driver from behind. Duh.

Down 49-33 at halftime. Flatten is on fire for them. Daum and Jenkins Jr not so much.

Surely he can not stay that hot in the 2nd half! Without him and free throws the game would be a little bit closer.
