Those November MACtion games have been getting low attendance as evidenced by the 5,062 at last night's game at Northern Illinois.

NIU has 5 home games this year. But only the first three were on Saturdays. The last two are on Tuesdays.

The Eastern Illinois at Austin Peay game will be on ESPN+.

Got an upset brewing out in Ohio. Youngstown State is up 14-3 on the Redbirds at halftime. ILSU having trouble on offense with their freshman QB filling in for their starter. 0-7 for 0 yards and 1 INT. They only have 57 offensive yards, of which their senior RB James Robinson has contributed 32. YSU has thrown 2 INTs, but has gotten enough in the running game to put together 2 TDs.

Last place (by virtue of head-to-head loss to Missouri State) observations
1. Can't hold on to the ball
2. Stupid penalties
3. Questionable play-calling
4. Mediocre talent

Eliminate the first 3 and we'd easily be mid-pack, 4-4 or 5-3.
Gonna have to resolve the last to be in the playoffs.
