Once again we have those 2nd half scoring woes.

Too much diribbling and too many fade aways. Those are not good shots for most players, even pros.

Six seasons in with Coach Wright. Finished last or 2nd to last every year.

At seasons end this has to be the end of the line for Billy. Loved him as a Brave not as Westerns mens' BB coach however.

WORSE than the Thomas era.

Forgot to mention that we got beat off the dribble a lot as well. When most of their players are quicker and/or stronger, good luck with man defense.

I remember being so excited for the seasons with Thomas. Loaded recruiting classes. Brought in so so so sooooo much talent (remember ceola was his recruit). David Jackson, kentle, baez, mahorns son, there was a Purdue transfer and I can’t think of his name, among others I can’t remember off of the top of my head. If those teams could have achieved their potential we are looking at a completely different WIU program to this day.

You must be thinking of Xavier Price:

That’s him! I knew it was Xavier but couldn’t remember last name. 47th best player in the nation coming out of high school.

Hosiers playing in Macomb?! Indiana is not just any P-5 team. To this day I can't believe it happened.

Now when do we get a shot in football with LSU in Macomb?
