UIUC has banned tailgating for this season and will limit Memorial Stadium capacity to 20% with social distancing and reserved seating. Face coverings will be required in “public areas” and six-foot distancing observed in the concourses.

1,000 seats will be set-aside for UIUC students.

On Thursday, the Big East, which does not have football teams, announced it is delaying fall sports, and the West Coast Conference pushed their sports back until Sept. 24. The Horizon League also is delaying fall competitions to Oct. 1. The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference also said its suspending fall sports for an indefinite period.

The Ivy League, Patriot League, and Morehouse College have canceled their fall seasons.

The America East conference has announced that they are postponing all fall sports for the duration of the semester: https://americaeast.com/news/2020/7/16/ ... pdate.aspx
Like the Summit League and MVC, America East is a non-football conference, although it includes a decent number of football-playing schools (who are mostly football affiliate members of the CAA).

Not official, but it sounds likely that the SWAC will be cancelling fall sports on Monday. I guess the presidents haven't officially voted yet, but rumors are that it's a foregone conclusion that it will be.

Out of the CAA, JMU, Delaware, Towson, and Elon are all looking at possibly putting together an independent schedule for fall football. The rest of the CAA has decided to go ahead with cancelling fall sports.

The Big South has said that they intend to begin fall sports competition on September 3rd. This means that, as of right now, our game against North Alabama is still on.

The MAAC is also cancelling fall sports. The MAAC is a non-football conference in and around NY state, but includes Marist and Monmouth (NJ), who both play at the FCS level. Because of this, Monmouth has also cancelled fall football. Monmouth plays in the Big South and Marist plays in the Pioneer League.
