I see our big guys are wearing their prophylactics (knee braces). Much debate about those things. Some are claiming it is a fad, sort of like ankle taping, better be safe than sorry. Some coaches don't force players to wear them in games, only practice. They look pretty cumbersome to me. About a thousand bucks a pair but that is better than $40-50K for a knee repair.
