Due to financial constraints, the team will be going with only one helmet design/color combination this year. In the past they have usually had two.

This is embarrassing...  

 

2022 season as well.  There was a Fresh parent that bought their son a helmet last year due to poor quality.  Not sure the fanbase really understands the financial issues the team has been facing. 

Are refurbished helmets a thing in college football or does everyone get a brand-spanking new model?
What is the expected lifetime of a helmet?  Does a kid who sticks around and graduates get to take his helmet with him as a memento?
