Did the scrimmage and student tailgate that had been promoted for Saturday get canceled? I haven’t seen anymore and now I can’t find the original Facebook post.

I got my answer. Stinks from a fan and environment standpoint. Are we trying to keep the program a secret from the public?

Ya, there must be a reason, otherwise this is a confusing decision.

Scheduling a tailgate/scrimmage on move-in weekend would have me scratching my head but it might just be me.
A really smart coach would have his big strong boys toting heavy boxes into the dorms.

Did anybody go to the practice? looks like John Bohnenkamp went to it, not sure if he will write something about it or not.

It also looks like the Quincy TV stations were there, so they should have a video and such on the news.

Have something left in the tank? Come prove it on Thursday (Aug 24) at 4:30 p.m. at Hanson Field for an open tryout.

Must be a full-time WIU student and have an up-to-date physical and Sickle Cell test.

Contact Coach Denecke (p-denecke@wiu.edu) for more info.
