Did any of you make the trip over for this historic game? I see a few purple sweatshirts here. First time two 0-9 MVFC/GFC teams have ever met in league history. 

I'm so happy to see a defense today.

The game is being covered by the sickos committee on Twitter. I hope they take it easy on us.

The idea is that they watch games that are interesting for reasons other than the teams being good. For an idea Iowa and their lack of offense has been the #1 ranked sicko team for almost the entire existence of this group. 

Ah, I see. I don't "tweet" or "x" or whatever so I'd never heard of them. I hope our kicking doesn't come back to bite us like it did with Lindenwood.
 

Well, that play was ugly.

Indiana State won the game 27-6

Matt Morrissey was 18 of 29 for 177 yards.  1 Touchdown. No interceptions.

Western had 227 Total Yards.  177 yards Passing.  50 yards Rushing.

Attendance at Indiana State = 3,151

 
 

I have not had a chance to watch this team play live, but as bad as we are, I feel like Morrisey has done a pretty good job at QB. For the season: he's 192/313, 61.3% completion percentage, 1,888 yards, with 12 Tds to 7 picks. Good for a 120.2 QB rating. To me, those are amazing numbers for a team that is this bad. How does he look in action? Arm strength? I was thinking he might be a good fit for the NIU QB job as a transfer next season?
