Made an offer to Naperville Central O-Lineman Fabian Kratz. He's actually a foreign exchange student from Cologne, Germany.
Scout has him as a 3-star and he has offers from Miami of Ohio, Bowling Green, Central Michigan, Nevada and Fordham also.
