It's about making the travel team uncomfortable. They flew into the Quad Cities, and spent the night there. Today the will sit around the hotel all morning waiting to take the 90 minute bus ride to Macomb.

This would have been a beautiful afternoon for the game. Unfortunately the game is at night.

A 1PM or 2PM start time would be perfect for this time of year.

We had a night game 3 years ago on October 26, 2013. The attendance was only 3,624.

An afternoon game today would have brought in a bigger crowd than a night game.

For folks needing to drive any distance, night games suck, especially this time of year. Night games in late August or early September are understandable for heat maybe, but, in general I'm not a big fan. Will be there tonight, hoping for a great game and outcome.

Don't know what the crowd will be like, but the temps should be 5-10 degrees warmer than what the Cubs/Dodgers will be experiencing, (The fans have been waiting long enough and will have enough libations in them to keep em warm no matter what)

So the Cubs potentially punching their ticket to go to the World Series for the first time since 1945 tonight is going to steal a huge number of fans that will rather miss a NDSU vs. WIU game than miss a history making moment in many generations lifetime.

6:00 start is the worst.

if ndsu wouldve passed like that vs sdsu we wouldve won 31-10. dam that pisses me off.
