Montana, Montana State, and Portland State have withdrawn themselves from spring football games.
It sounds like they're going to do a "modified schedule" with the teams doing something like a "scrimmage" against each other after their regular spring practice schedule in April. I think the issue was that they are all pretty far north and wouldn't really be able to get much practicing in until well into when the spring football season was scheduled for.

Duke, Vanderbilt, and Virginia have ended their Women's Basketball program for this season.

University of Michigan athletics will shut down for the 14 days beginning Sunday (Jan 24) because of confirmed cases of the COVID-19 variant, B.1.1.7, which transmits more easily and can lead to more positive cases.
There have been positive cases of the COVID-19 variant from “numerous individuals across different teams", according to an athletic department spokesman.

University of Michigan students were told to stay home by county authorities on Wednesday, in hopes of curbing the spread of a contagious coronavirus variant. This directive is in effect through Feb 7.
