Coach Elson sounds excited...also, looks like someone from the St. Louis area is likely to be signing up:

Coach Malone is flying out today to meet with some more recruits. Not sure which direction he's headed.
Also, noticed we made an offer to:
Mike Viti, 6'0" 175lb Safety (his hudl profile says he can also play WR) from Cedar Hill, PA, with a 2-star rating from Rivals.
He's got an offer from Maryland and had verbally committed to them back in June, but they had coaching changes after this last season, so it looks like he reopened his recruiting.

I wonder if this Mike Viti is any relation to the Mike Viti who played at Army, served in Afghanistan and is back at Army? He was from Berwick HS in PA. If so, then he has some strong bloodlines as a person and athlete.

I don't know, it's possible...Berwick is about 55 miles from Cedar Hill. If anything, could be a cousin or an uncle or something.
Mike Viti the Army guy also did a 7,100 kilometer (4,144 mile) walk to honor soldiers who have been killed in the wars/fighting since 9-11:

Tsagalis committed to USD...not really surprising. Also, not sure about you guys, but I'm not too worried about the QB position over the next few years. Norvell is a Senior, but McGuire has 3 years of eligibility left, plus we have 3 Redshirt Freshman QBs (Beneventi, Shanklin, and Weydeman who was a walk-on), in addition to a Jr QB who got a little playing time in the first game against Illinois State (Craig Slowik).

I don't believe the staff is to worried about the QB position as far as we know that has not been a position they have really targeted in this class.

Just noticed that. 5'11" and 210 lbs:

Kid looks built like a college RB already...imagine what a few years with D1-level strength and conditioning would do.
