I didn't read the article, but saw something about NDSU wanting to have media outlets pay them for access? Is that correct?

Mostly it's just that they're trying to limit in-dome media access to approved media partners. NDSU kinda screwed up in how they announced it though, dropping it at the start of the weekend, phrasing it oddly, and then saying nothing for days. Let to a lot of people freaking out about things and overreacting, but apparently it's not really that big of a deal.

Not really related to the previous posts in this thread, but it's about NDSU, so I'll run with it anyway.
They're adding new video boards in the end zones and smaller corner boards in the Fargodome.
