More football alumni visit practice on Friday

Leroy Jackson was a 1st round draft pick and not something that's really talked about. Drafted by the Browns and traded that day with future HOFer Bobby Mitchell for #1 Ernie Davis.
Jackson along with Mitchell became the first African American players for the Redskins.
Career was short lived. Found an article talking about him being released in his second year for fumbling a kick return. Then a few years ago it came out through a family member that he was likely released for having relations with a white women.
Crazy story I thought I'd share.
Great to have him and other all time greats back on campus and talking to our guys.
