I've been slipping in my duties lately with all the stuff going on...sorry 'bout that.
Here's what the polls said about MVFC teams and our other opponents earlier this week (previous ranking in parentheses):

Actually, we need a few more people voting for UNI and ISUr right now. We are seriously lacking in the "Quaility Win" department right now. Last year, we had two of them (SDSU and UNI).

True, but we could just go out and win the next 4 straight and it won't matter
But really, I'm just saying that Illinois State is effectively out of playoff consideration...even winning their last 3 games will only get them to 6 wins, and the way they're playing and with who all they have injured, that seems unlikely to happen. I'm surprised there's still people putting them in their top 25 lists.
If we want quality wins, we need to beat USD and UNI and hope that EIU can take down Jacksonville State.

Ahem...
NIU can still be bowl eligible this year if they win out.
If NIU does win out it would end up with a 6-2 conference record and, depending on what else happens in the division, it's possible (maybe even likely) that NIU finishes in 2nd place in the MAC West.

Please do, I would love that.
