Summit League opener tonight. Early tip at 5pm CT. Looks like we are on our own (no ESPN3) for this one. $5.95 is not too bad I guess. Wouldn't it be great if all of the Summit League schools had reciprocal aggreements (i.e. All Access is All Access everywhere in the Summit).

Fort Wayne with a new coach this year. They are young squad with only 3 upper class. Not a lot of size, so similar to us in that regard. Not sure how quick they are. Based on records, we should win this one handily but it is never easy to win on the road in the Summit League.

75-53 is the final in favor of the good guys. Solid effort.

Western wins 75-53 and is now 11-3 on the season. 1-0 in the Summit.

Taylor Higginbotham led the Western scoring with 23 points. Emily Clemens had 14. Michelle Farrow had 13. Morgan Blumer had 11. Mallory Boyle had 10.

Western was 9 for 18 on three-point attempts and had 42 points in the paint.

Attendance at IPFW = 568.
