NDSU athletic director says Big Ten modifying FCS scheduling philosophy

So it sounds like they're opening up the option of Big 10 teams scheduling FCS opponents depending on the team's scheduling situation. We're set on FBS games for quite a while (until 2022), but this will be nice when we need to start scheduling further in the future.
